Grand Celebration of Ambedkar Jayanti by Shivasharana Haralayya Trust

On the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, Shivasharana Haralayya Trust organized a vibrant and meaningful celebration to honor Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution and a champion of social justice. The event brought together members of the trust, local citizens, and youth in a spirit of unity and respect.

The program began with a floral tribute to Dr. Ambedkar’s portrait, followed by enlightening speeches by the trust’s office bearers. The Chairman, Sadanand B Terdal, shared the importance of Ambedkar’s vision for equality and the ongoing relevance of his teachings. Secretary Aravind Terdal emphasized the transformational impact of Dr. Ambedkar’s work on social reform. Treasurer Savitha Sadanand Terdal encouraged everyone to pursue education and upliftment, inspired by Ambedkar’s life. Trustee Mallavva P Kamble appreciated the participation of youth and highlighted the trust’s commitment to empowerment.

The celebration featured cultural performances including songs, dance, and skits inspired by Dr. Ambedkar’s legacy. Educational competitions were organized for students, who showcased their respect for Ambedkar through essays and drawings. Prizes were distributed to encourage active community participation.

The program concluded with a collective pledge to adopt the principles of equality, justice, and fraternity promoted by Dr. Ambedkar.
